Mike Cuevas has been serving the Chicago and suburban markets for over 12 years. He has been ranked in the top 1% of Realtors throughout the Chicagoland area since 2004. Mike quickly rose to the top of the Realtor class by utilizing a very non-traditional approach to real estate marketing. The internet greatly changed the way buyers and sellers interact with Realtors and find information regarding real estate and Michael looked to pioneer that for generating more business. From working on several new construction residential developments and assisting Chicago area builders, Mike did have to adapt to the market in 2007 when it crashed. Since 2007, Mike has continued to focus on regular residential real estate but quickly found a niche in the short sale market and has since helped nearly 1,000 homeowners avoid foreclosures. After becoming a leading voice in the distressed properties market and in the front trenches of the largest real estate crash of all time Mike and his team continued to excel in the marketplace despite the conditions. To this day, many Realtors truly don’t understood how to properly assist homeowners underwater on their homes and Mike and his team did. Mike and his team have made it a mission to help as many homeowners as possible avoid foreclosure of their homes. In 2008, Mike wrote a book on Short Sale Transactions for training other Real Estate Agents on how to complete these deals successfully. He also created a full short sale training course where he traveled the country teaching agents how to assist these homeowners. In 2011 Short Sales Redefined was closed as Mike re-adapted to his office and began assisting other agents in servicing clients, working with buyers, sellers, and opened a real estate office in Wheaton, IL. As we approach 2013 experience the return of the traditional real estate market, with the help of Mike’s brother, George Cuevas, have created one of the most dynamic real estate marketing platforms in the Chicagoland area. I currently train agents from average to great with a detailed 8 week bootcamp. At the end of the bootcamp they have a fully systemized business model from start to finish. I spend most of my days working on lead generation as well as spend time selling real estate. When not doing either of those I am working with agents on their business practices and building their business.
